Amazing!!! Natalie took so much care when I went for my semi-permanent brow treatment, and made sure that I was happy with everything. I was a bit nervous at first, but Natalie really put me at ease as she explained everything very clearly to me and made sure that I was 100% happy with the consultation. She took time to show me different options and didn’t make me feel under pressure to make a quick decision.

Natalie was extremely professional and friendly all her equipment was clean as was the treatment room. The follow up and after care was also great. I have been back to Natalie for further appointments and can highly recommend her.

Unlike quite a few of my friends who had had their brows done, I wasn’t too nervous to have the treatment done in terms of pain, but I was apprehensive because I know how wrong my brows can go if I have a “bad brow day”! I needn’t have worried... Natalie is an absolute perfectionist and the consultation before the pigment even touched my skin was reassuring, personal and covered every detail. 

The great thing about having the first session and the top up session a month after, is that you can play it safe with the colour and intensity first time, and then go bolder if you want to later.

I absolutely love my brows and I need never worry about a “bad brow day” again!

I first came across Natalie`s work  on Instagram, where I could see how amazing her work is and the precision in the detail on the brows she did on her clients. My eyebrows were very over plucked & light  (from the 90`s fashion) and I was ready to give my face an uplift with microblading.
I contacted Natalie via Instagram and then we connected via phone to arrange my appointment at Kensington High Street, London. She is very attentive and her calmness made me feel on ease straight away, as I was pretty nervous about the procedure. She kindly explained to  me step by step about the procedure &  was available anytime I had any additional questions after. To cut the story short – I am so happy with my new brows and I’ve had many compliments from family, friend, colleagues and they all envy my brows! I always toyed with the idea of having my eyebrows tattooed, I had grown fed up with thinning ones that required powder or pencil each morning. I decided to take the plunge- and I'm so pleased I did. From the first consultation Natalie put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted and completely alleviated my anxiety. Using pencil at first, she spent time ensuring that my eyebrows were perfect- for me. Being given a week to consider the decision instilled confidence and I was contacting her before the week was up!

During the procedure I was, to begin with, quite apprehensive (I was tattooing my face!) but she remained considerate, understanding and respectful. I have and would fully recommend her.

I have wanted my eyebrows micro bladed for several years but have never quite been brave enough.
I decided as I was approaching the big 30 to be brave and go for it, I looked at several salons in Wiltshire, which is where I live and was quite put off after seeing there before and after photos. I decided to look on Instagram for ideas and that’s where I came across Natalie’s work, all of her work was there to be seen and I loved how natural some of the pictures were.

I never wanted a dramatic look and didn’t want it to be obvious that I had had my eyebrows done,
It was more a case of not having to pencil them in every day. So I messaged Natalie and right away liked how friendly and helpful she was so after asking about a million questions and swapping photos I decided to bite the bullet and book In with her. It is an hours train ride and a 20 minute tube to Natalie from where I live but for me it’s worth it to travel that far when it comes to applying permanent make up to your face! Natalie made me feel completely relaxed and I trusted her instantly. She explained every detail to me and really took her time and made sure I was happy with every fine detail.

Bottom line is I was over the moon, I think Natalie is great and very passionate and it sure shows in her work. I have been back once already for a top up and have actually decided to go slightly darker because it has been a gradual process which is what I wanted. Although I wished Natalie lived closer, in some ways it’s probably a good thing she doesn’t as I would go to see her every week lol. I think it speaks volumes that I travel to see Natalie but I also think when it comes to your face it’s better to find somebody you trust and I’m pleased to say I have done that.

Very highly recommend Natalie to anyone who is considering booking a treatment with her...... do It!  You will not regret it xxx
